Associate Prof. Kazuki Takashima served as the program chairman of The 23rd Annual Conference of the Virtual Reality Society of Japan. M1 and B4 students participated in a Preliminary contest of International collegiate Virtual Reality Contest（IVRC） and made it to the finals.

We presented one of our achievements of international collaboration at demo-poster session in NIME (New Interfaces for Musical Expression) 2018 which was held at Blacksburg, VA, USA.
Ms. Xiyue Wang presented her work at Asian CHI symposium: Emerging HCI Research Collectionin ACM CHI 2018 (Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems)held in Montreal, Canada, and won the Best Poster/Demo Award. She also presented her work at the Late-breaking Work there.
